Abstract
Virtual mentors are used in the e-learning courses to achieve general improvement of e-learning in the fields of quality and the efficiency. This article is providing knowledge about importance of virtual mentors. It is also presenting short guide what to do, if the virtual mentors have not been built-in in to the authoring tool.
Technology of cooperation between subject matter expert and instructional designer (part 2)

Abstract
It takes a large team of people to efficiently produce online schedule. These include Instructional Designer, Graphic Artist, Multimedia Producer and Project Manager, however one of the most important team memebers, the Subject Matter Expert often has the least information about his role. The Instructional Designer should introduce him to the e-learning process. Their good organized collaboration is critical to the successful development of the course. Several concepts related to this topic are included in the paper. In particular the advanced and final phase of course production timescale is considered.

Abstract
The paper presents a vision of one of e-learning development paths, in scope of creating universal e-courses with embedded expert knowledge (concerning substantial as well didactic issues). This knowledge may be used, on the basis of proper repositories, for elaborating and conducting many dedicated trainings. It is shown, that TeleEdu Editor authoring tool currently enables to create such expert e-courses.

Abstract
The paper presents briefly tests results, performed to check Moodle e-learning platform conformance with SCORM 2004 specification. It contains also conclusions and hints for potential users, interested in introducing this platform or in importing e-courses SCORM 2004 conformant to Moodle platform.
IMM practice: First database in Poland to promote certified specialists of e-learning (Base of Certified Specialists)

Abstract
As a part of the Development Partnership RENOWATOR Centre for Small and Medium Enterprises, the Base of Certified Specialists (BCS) was created. It presents profiles and portfolios of people who received certificates from the Institute of Mathematical Machines in the e-learning specialties and from the System Research Institute (Polish Academy of Science) in the management aiding specialties. Certified Specialists can use the Base as their personal promotion site, putting there materials and documents showing their work. The Base of Certified Specialists helps to promote high qualified people with their competences guaranteed by the Certificate from science institutes.
