This number is concentrated particularly around present e-learning trends, referring to the global problem of high costs of e-content elaboration and creation. It discusses the new approach of standardization bodies to LMS platforms and authoring tools functionality. T he features mainly stressed are those facilitating multiple use of the same components. Tightly related with it is an efficient dissemination and distribution of e-learning content by automatic e-content repositories.
