Concerns e-learning technologies as well as e-teaching, because these two areas of electronic education have a lot of relation with each other. The e-teaching rules can be realized only with well-developed technologies, and advantages of technologies can be presented by implementing complex teaching purposes. The main subjects of this issue's papers are the new development directions of electronic education technology, effective knowledge testing, games joining in e-courses pleasant and useful things, rules of instructional designing and instructional designer as a new profession.
